It's nice to feel nice in a yoga class, but it's really nice to finally nail that pose you've only had the chance to practice sporadically in drop-in classes or expensive workshops. Our 4-week blocks give you what most yoga classes can't: the time and repetition needed to actually get better.
When you know what's coming next, you can focus on the quality of your practice rather than just keeping up. When you've done the sequence before, you can challenge yourself in ways that feel both safe and exciting. When you have four weeks with the same poses, you get to experience the magic of genuine progression.
This is yoga with purpose. This is practice that actually builds on itself. This is how we help you not just move through poses, but truly master them.
the power of progression:
our 4 week class blocks
Like most things in life, we thrive on progress. It motivates us, drives us, and gives us that incredible sense of accomplishment when we finally master something we've been working toward. So why shouldn't yoga be the same?
our intentional design
Each of our class styles follows the same carefully crafted sequence for four consecutive weeks. This isn't about becoming repetitive or boring; it's about creating real opportunity for growth.
Week 1: Learn - Familiarize yourself with the sequence and alignment
Week 2: Adjust - Refine your form and find your modifications
Week 3: Build - Develop strength and stability in each pose
Week 4: Progress - Push deeper, hold longer, and surprise yourself
why this changes everything…

lift & flow
Lift & Flow is Roam's strength class - dumbbells, yoga-inspired movement, and cardio conditioning in one session. This is not a gym class and it is not a yoga class. It is what happens when you take the movement patterns your body was built for - squats, hinges, presses, pulls - and add load to them. The kind of strength that shows up in real life, not just in a class.
strength, cardio & yoga in one class-
Women who want to build real strength without a traditional gym environment
Gym-goers who want more mobility and movement quality alongside their training
Runners, surfers, and athletes who need functional strength that transfers to their sport
Anyone who has been told they should lift weights but never found a class that felt like theirs
People who looking for that one-stop class to tick it all.
-
It starts like yoga: grounding, breath, and core work before anything else.
Pace building warm-up to increase the core temperature & prepare the body for dynamic movements.
1kg and 2kg weights used alongside yoga blocks and bodyweight to load the muscles across different ranges and planes of motion.
Short cardio intervals are woven in to keep the heart rate up and condition the cardiovascular system.
And the end is non-negotiable — a proper unwind, a slower pace, and the lavender eye towel savasana Roam is known for.
