Your current method to book classes will be put on hold for 28 days and resume as usual after your 28 days.

we’ve designed the program such that the purchase of one activates the other, so the dates will be determined by the first purchase of the friend you’ve referred & cannot be changed or credited.

the referral button is via our booking platform Momence. You can still refer people from the Momence app & get credit in the same way, but we will not be able to pause your Classpass subscription.

the terms of our subscriptions are for 28 days with no long-term committment, therefore we do not do refunds after purchase. in the instance someone purchased packs, we can discuss circumstances to extend the expiry but will not be issuing refunds.

the unlimited membership is only for the weekly timetable and does not include special workshops or events.

you can continue with your class payment method you had previously, or, if in that period you enjoyed some new classes and want to upgrade your subscription, cancel your current one and we’ll upgrade you!
