UPCOMING WORKSHOPS & EVENTS

Wednesday July 29th

workshop

let’s float

6:15pm - 7:45pm | $55

  • That moment when someone floats effortlessly to the top of their mat — weightless, controlled, like gravity is optional — it’s satisfying. It's also misunderstood.

Floating isn't magic. It's mechanics. And in this 90-minute workshop we're going to break all of it down — the float forward, the liftoff, the L-sit foundations, and the transitions that connect them. The stuff that looks effortless only because someone took the time to understand what's actually happening.

    • Alignment of the body — from downward dog as the starting point

    • Muscle & mechanics to get a light landing

    • Step by step to work with your ability including tips, tricks & drills

    • Transitions — how to connect it all into something that actually flows

workshop

all things crow

6:15pm - 7:45pm | $55

  • Crow has a reputation. Arms shaking, face heading toward the floor, everyone watching. We're going to demystify all of it.

In this 90-minute session we'll work through traditional crow, side crow, one-legged crow, and how to transition out with some dignity intact. No experience required — just a willingness to get a little upside down and trust the process.

    • The crow foundation — core engagement and where your weight actually needs to go

    • Placement — the detail that makes or breaks the lift

    • Side crow — variations and how to find your way in

    • One-legged crow — how to lighten the shape without losing control

    • Kicking back — transitioning from crow to chaturanga

exhale

 with Nikki Ralston

4:00 - 6:30 pm | $60

  • Life moves fast. Your nervous system quietly carries the load — and sometimes it needs more than a good night's sleep to catch up.

This 2.5-hour workshop is designed to help you slow down and actually recover. Through a blend of gentle movement, yin and restorative-inspired practices, breath education, and nervous system regulation, you'll learn simple, science-backed tools to support calm, clarity, and resilience — ones you can take into everyday life.

The afternoon closes with an extended savasana enhanced by heated stones placed on the belly, encouraging deeper diaphragmatic breathing and a genuine sense of ease in the body.

    • Gentle movement and yin-inspired holds

    • Breath education and nervous system regulation practices

    • Moments of quiet reflection

    • Extended heated stone savasana

    • Practical tools to take home

designed to progress

HELD EACH BLOCK

Like everything we've built here at Roam, an experience is nice. A creative flow is fun. But progress - that's what we're about. A single workshop is a great start, but real progress needs repetition and structure. That's why every workshop is the foundation for the three weeks that follow - Level 2 Flow classes built directly around what we just broke down together.

Every class in the block has a purpose. Every session moves you forward.
